This elegant and luxurious vicuña scarf is the rarest and most expensive fur in the world. This incredibly soft and light scarf traps heat in and feels absolutely luxurious. Sourced sustainably from vicuñas in the Andes of Latin America and produced using the highest quality of the fur. This scarf comes complete with its own wooden box, certificate (with an information booklet) and individual ID number.
Vicuñas are a rare and protected species and only produce 0.5kg of wool every 3 years. They cannot be domesticated and so their fur can only be extracted through sustainable and ethical methods. Once their fur is sheared, they are released back into the wild. Vicuña fur is 13-15 microns, making it significantly softer and lighter than that of an alpaca or sheep.
If you are looking for a piece that will make you stand out at a party or likely to be the only one that owns one in your circle, this is probably it!
