Your order will be shipped the next working day. We aim to have your order delivered within 3 – 5 working days.

Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Special Delivery for higher value orders in excess of £500.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return items to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. Products must be in their original condition, with any tags and unworn in order to receive a refund.

If your items are damaged or missing tags, labels or not in the original condition received, then we will be unable to process a refund. Venture Latin reserves the right to refuse a return of a product if it is not in its original condition.

Where a refund is accepted, the buyer assumes responsibility for the return shipping costs.
